FAQ's Can you break down my shipment into insertion dates? Shipments can be broken down. However, we pay per skid to achieve the most economical freight prices. Breaking down shipments will create extra skids and you will be invoiced for extra freight and handling.   I did not receive a PD number by email, What should I do? Call or email (PandD@NittanyValley.com) to make sure your order was received, before re-submitting. Either you forgot to press the Submit button or your ISP/connection timed out. Your PD number is proof of form submission. and without an email confirmation with the PD number, your order will not be produced. Please also note that sometimes there are delays in mail receipt times.
