Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ Prior to Placing Your Order:

Billing:
  • When selecting the property and the "Bill To" information, check with your Accounting Department if in doubt.
Quantity:
  • The minimum order is for 5,000.
  • Quantities are to be order in whole thousands. You will be invoiced at the next thousand.
    Please round up your quantities to the next thousand.
    (Example: Total Quantity: 18,166 is rounded up to 19,000)
Files:
  • Do not complete the ‘Submit a file’ form unless you have the files ready to upload.
  • PDF's should be CMYK and not RGB format.
  • Files are to be formatted as specified in the Specifications Page of this website.
  • Files that need any "repair" work prior to plating will incur additional charges and additional days may be added to the delivery date.
Confirmation E-mail:
  • After you properly submit a form and post your files, you will receive a Confirmation Number (via email), which is a confirmation of your order.
  • IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, PLEASE CONTACT PANDD@NITTANYVALLEY.COM BEFORE SUBMITTING THE ORDER AGAIN.
Changes to a Job:
  • If you need to make a change after submission, use the "Edit Job" menu item.
  • Failing to properly edit a job may cause delays or possible changes to the job may not occur.
  • If you want to make changes to a job after you have hit submit, DO NOT hit the back button, make the change and proceed to hit submit again. This will submit another order for the job you have already placed.
  • Any changes in files or specs must be submitted within 24 hrs of the original order.
Proof Approvals:
  • Your submission of a PDF is also your approval to print the job.
  • No proofs will be shown to you unless specifically requested in the Special Instructions.
  • If proofs are required, please know the job is no longer guaranteed to deliver in 7 calendar days.
  • There will be additional charges for a hard copy proof.
Turn around:
  • Standard delivery time is Seven (7) Calendar Days, based on files being received by 2 pm (Mon-Fri).
  • Delivery over a Holiday will need an additional 2 to 3 working days added to the schedule.
  • Jobs that are submitted with a turn around less then 7 Calendar days, is subject to a rush charge without notification.
  • Files submitted after 2 pm will be start the 7 calendar day turn around starting the next business day.
  • Faster turn-around times are available, but will be subject to rush charges and additional freight costs.
  • Standard Delivery time for a 4pg P&D is 10 Calendar days.
FTP Information:
  • The P&D Login is only for P&D orders. Please do not upload files to this Login for a standard job.
  • P and D inserts only include single cut sheets or 4 pagers. If your job is a tri-fold, 8 pgs or more, it will be quoted separately and the P&D pricing does NOT apply.
